Delighted to welcome the Chairman & the Deputy Chair of the Civil Service Commission, the CSSP project PIU team, the CSSP1&2 Co-TTL and the World Bank’s training expert at the Civil Service Institute’s Training Facility.Whilst observed the ongoing Long-term Training of Trainers (TOT) programs jointly implemented by the Somaliland Civil Service Institute (CSI) and the Ghana Institute of Management and Public Administration (GIMPA). Where 30 ToTs training participants from CSI Faculty team, Non-for-Profit training & academic institutions and participants from different MDAs attended the training.
Right after this training, CSI Faculty members, Planning & Development, Training and Consultancy and all the core Department Director (including the leadership of CSI) would take another training package on “Improving Curriculum and Quality Assurance” in order to capacitate CSI’s Academic & Training department programs.
Whilst, CSI and GIMPA will continue for conducting another 17 level based serious training programs to some of the higher government officials, core department directors, head of units/sections and the ordinary civil servants from MDAs. Trainings whereby categorized as; Top level trainings, Middle level trainings, Upper lower level trainings and Lower level training programs.
