Department of Administration and Finance
  • Ensuring adequate provision of administrative and financial support to all departments of the Institute
  • Supervising the installation and implementation of appropriate financial management and internal control systems to minimize risk and fraud
  • Developing the Institute's physical facilities so that they meet the needs of the Institute
  • Ensuring that administrative operations provide responsive, customer-oriented service to all constituencies
  • Providing a safe and suitable physical environment for faculty, staff, and students
  • Providing effective leadership in the administration and stewardship of the Institute's financial, human, procurement, ICT, and physical resources
