Mr. Ahmed Sultan Aden Yusuf is a senior lecturer at the Centre for Local Governance & Development at CSI. He was invited as a guest lecturer at the Centre for Public Administration & Political Science. He offered a guest lecture on “Municipal Finance” to the CSI Class of the Sophomore Public Administration. He is an expert in the area of municipal/urban finance while he works as a Municipal Finance Officer at UN-Habitat Somaliland, where he is responsible for municipal finance in the Joint Programme on Local Government (JPLG) and decentralization services delivery.So, Mr. Saed Abi, the Dean of the Center for Public Administration & Political Science, encouraged the students on how they have learned and gained a great deal from this lesson and will use it to advance in Somaliland.
