Today, March 19, 2022, the Civil Service Institute launches the first batch of Short-term Training of Trainners (TOT) programs

Today, March 19, 2022, the Civil Service Institute launches the first batch of Short-term Training of Trainners (TOT) programs jointly implemented by the Somaliland Civil Service Institute (CSI) and the Ghana Institute of Management and Public Administration (GIMPA). Thus, the participants in this training consisted of 26 trainees selected from CSI staff and CSI alumni from other government institutions. Therefore, this training was facilitated by Mr. Paul Nartey, who is an expert from the Ghana Institute of Management and Public Administration (GIMPA).
Now, this training is one of a series of training programs for the CSI capacity building project, facilitated by the World Bank-funded project of the Civil Service Strengthening Project (CSSP), a component of the CSI.
The training was also opened by the Deputy Chairman of the Civil Service Commission, who gave an encouraging speech to the participants, as well as the Executive Director of the CSI, Mr. Omar Qaloonbi, and his deputy Executive Director.
Finally, this project, which is very important for the Civil Service Institute and for all Somaliland civil servants, has been put together after a long effort by the top management and the leadership of the Institute. Who always works to promote the professional development of civil servants.
