On behalf of the Somaliland Civil Service Institute (CSI), I would like to extend my congratulations to the Somaliland students who graduated from the Ethiopian Civil Service University (Addis Ababa, Ethiopia) yesterday. dated 17 July 2021.Most of these students have completed their Masters degree program, and have studied the administration of public institutions such as; financial and economic management of the state, environment and cities and the formulation, analysis and implementation of government policies. Most were from Somaliland government agencies.
My special congratulations to Na'ima Ali who was the only girl in the group and one of the top graduates yesterday. Na'ima studied MSc in Real Property Management and Valuation, a little educated Somalilander.
I am proud of how well they have completed their educational journey despite the many circumstances beyond their control during their studies such as; Pain in young COVID19, who have difficulty completing their education easily.
I would like to thank the Somaliland delegation that accompanied me on the trip from the CSI Institute and the Civil Service Commission of the Republic of Somaliland. I would also like to thank the Somaliland Embassy in Ethiopia and Ambassador Barkhad M Kariye for their good governance of the Somaliland graduating students.
