Signed an Academic Cooperation Agreement Between CSI and JJUSomaliland Civil Service Institute, Hargeisa, Somaliland hereafter referred to as ‘CSI’ and Jigjiga University, Jigjiga, Ethiopia hereafter referred to as ‘JJU’ entered an agreement to undertake two post graduate programs in Accounting and Finance, hereafter referred to as ‘MIA&F’. Whilst renewed the agreement of another Master Program in Disaster Risk Management and Sustainable Development, hereafter referred to as ‘DRM & SD’.
This program will be hosted at CSI’s headquarter in Hargeisa whilst JJU will resume the responsibility of the academic aspect of the program. CSI and JJU will maintain the legal ownership of the content of this particular programs.
The objective of this agreement is to collaboratively (CSI and JJU) start a post graduate master’s programs in Accounting and Finance and Disaster Risk Management and Sustainable Development (DRM&SD) in Hargeisa, Somaliland.
Both parties are well equipped with facilities to enable the students to undertake the planned postgraduate programs. CSI will manage the overall administration of the program. Whilst JJU will provide the curriculum, academic materials, and teaching staff whereas CSI will host the program in Hargeisa at it headquarter.
