As part of the World Bank funded CSI capacity development component within the greater Civil Service Strengthening Project (CSSP), a series of trainings to this cause will commence on the 19th of March, 2022, at the institute’s campus. Trainings will be facilitated by experts from Ghana Institute of Management and Public Administration (GIMPA). CSI staff and faculty will receive a Training of Trainers (ToTs), quality assurance training, curriculum development training, and accreditation requirements training as part of the capacity development activities; whereas civil servants from other government institutions will receive short and long term training programs co-facilitated by GIMPA and CSI faculty.With the above brief background, the institute is advertising very limited TOT opportunities for interested qualified civil servants. Please refer to the qualification criteria in the table attached to this post. Interested qualified civil servants should come to the training office of CSI and receive the application form. As positions are very limited, the application period starts 14th of March and ends 15th of March at 10 am.
