Mr. Hassan Mohamed Askar who is a senior lecturer at the Centre for Accounting and Development at CSI, He was invited as a guest lecturer at the Department of Accounting and Finance at CSI. He offered a guest lecture on "public procurement and asset management" to our senior student accounting and finance classes. Mr. Hassan is an expert in the areas of public procurement and asset management while he works on the National Tender Board, especially his senior consultancy (NTB), and he is also a trainer in the areas of procurement and asset management in Somaliland national tender board .
