Mr. Abdinasir Mohamoud Sahal who is a senior lecturer at the Civil Service Institute CSI. He was invited as a guest lecturer at the *Department of Urban Management at CSI. He offered a guest lecture on "Leadership and Good Governance" to our sophomore student Urban management. Mr. Abdinasir is an expert in the area of Leadership while he works on his independent consulting firm, Hiraal Consulting (HC), and he is also a trainer in the areas of leadership and strategy in both private and public sectors.
