Developing a Work Plan and Activity Based Budget Training Today, CSI has commenced 4 days of training on “Developing a Work Plan and Activity Based Budget” at CSI-Buroa Centre for Regional Administration Officers, Finance Officers, and Planning Officers from Togdheer, Sool, and Sanaag. The overall aim of the training is to increase the skills, attitude, and knowledge of trainees in using different techniques of the work plan. It will also equip them to understand the necessary steps involved in developing and implementing a realistic work plan with an activity-based budget. The training was facilitated by Mustafe Saed, a senior development and emergency worker with 10 years experience of in management, planning, and M& E skills. He has worked with international and local institutions k holds different positions. Currently, he is the Food Security and Livelihood Manager at Care International. Thank you
