The Deputy Director of Human Resource Development Department at CSC Mr Saed Mohamoud Ege ( Saed Jirde) has been invited on 18th October 2022 to lecture at CSI’ Human Resource Department. He spoke to Fresh Class about Overview of Training & Development especially how to conduct Training Needs Assessment ( TNA) and also Training Impact Assessment ( TIA) when organising a Training Program.Mr Saed Jirde has a five Years experience with Human Resource Development having served as a trainer at CSC and other Workplaces.
The students welcomed warmly how it is important to receive such this Experience Sharing contributing a further understanding on their field of study.
