CSI TRAINING CENTER @ BURAO(Work Ethicks and Report Writing)
Civil Service Institute started two trainings about report writing and work ethics to total participants of 50 (25 each) in CSI Burao center. As part of CSI policy to offer tailor-made trainings, trainees were selected from the pre-determined ministries, agencies and departments from Togdheer, Sool and Sanaag regions.
Report writing training aims to develop the capacity of the regional staff to submit quality reports about their mandated activities. On the other hand, work ethics and attitude change training was provided to human resource and admin staff to be able to improve the employees attitudes towards work places.
To achieve training objectives, CSI hired Abdikarim Ibrahim Ahmed to deliver report writing training. Abdikarim is a senior humanitarian and development worker for the past 15 years where work ethics and attitude change training was hired to Mohamed Gulleid who worked senior positions in different organizations for the past decade.
