Civil Service Institute invited the Chairman of Somaliland Good Governance Commission, Liban Ismail Burale, delivered on Tuesday an important guest lecture on the Role of Good Governance in Public-service Delivery in Somaliland for the Undergraduate students in the Department of Political Science and International Relation at the Civil Service Institute (CSI).Abdikadir Askar, a senior Governance lecturer at the CSI, encouraged the students to put their knowledge and skills on public administration into practice and serve the public good.
